Unlike traditional aging cabinets, the S-PURE provides a smooth temperature gradient – warmer at the top (up to 22 °C) and cooler at the bottom (down to 5 °C). This allows you to store red, white, and sparkling wines simultaneously at their ideal serving temperatures – always ready to enjoy.
Electronic temperature control, stable air circulation, an activated charcoal filter, and integrated humidity regulation create a cellar-like environment inside – ideal for installation in kitchens, living areas, or professional settings.
In the Premium pack version, this model features a stylish full glass door and is equipped with 14 premium sliding shelves. These shelves include patented Mains du Sommelier® bottle supports, which adapt to every bottle format – from Bordeaux to Burgundy and Champagne – ensuring safe and vibration-free storage.
