The ideal cellar by EuroCave
EUROCAVE’s story started with its
founders, who wanted to recreate the conditions of wine ageing and conservation
that perfect natural cellars offer.
-
Constant, regulated temperature that ensures proper ageing of the wine
EUROCAVE
started by observing natural cellars to develop its control management system,
which provides its ageing cellars with constant temperatures throughout the
year. The system is based on the double requirement of combining perfect
insulation with a thermal amplitude between 10°C and 14°C. This lets the
wines—red, white, rosé, or sparkling—develop their full aromas.
-
Stable and adapted hygrometry
Hygrometry,
you say? Simply put, it's the humidity level in the air. If the cellar is too
humid, it can alter the ageing of the wine. EUROCAVE solutions offer perfect,
programmable, and manageable precision for optimum humidity levels between 50%
and 80%.
-
Protecting wine from
light
There is
an altering phenomenon called “light-struck taste”. EUROCAVE offers solutions
with solid doors to keep the wine in total darkness or with glass doors treated
against ultraviolet rays.
-
Eliminate vibrations
and offer the serenity necessary for the ageing of wines
Calm and
stability are essential for a wine to age in good conditions. EUROCAVE has
integrated this parameter into its solutions:
- separation of components that may cause
vibrations.
- compressor independent of the wine cabinet.
- bottle holder with a design that prevents all kinds of
vibrations.
In the
EUROCAVE ageing cellar cocoon, wines can take their time until they reach their
peak... in complete serenity.
-
Allowing for continuous fresh air
EUROCAVE
guarantees perfect air circulation by creating a difference in pressure between
the two openings of its wine cellars. This allows the air to circulate freely
throughout the wine cabinet, while maintaining the temperature constant.
