Unlike aging cabinets, the S-PURE features a gradual temperature flow from warm at the top (up to 22 °C) to cool at the bottom (down to 5 °C). This enables you to store various types of wine simultaneously at their ideal drinking temperatures—always ready to enjoy.
Equipped with electronic controls, consistent air circulation, an activated charcoal filter, and integrated humidity control, the S-PURE-M maintains a stable, cellar-like climate—perfect for kitchens, living spaces, or hospitality settings.
In the Premium pack version, the cabinet is fitted with a sleek solid door and includes 10 premium sliding shelves. Each shelf features patented Mains du Sommelier® bottle supports, ensuring a secure, vibration-free hold for all bottle types—from Bordeaux to Burgundy and Champagne.
