Unlike single-zone aging cabinets, the S-PURE features a smooth temperature transition from top to bottom – warmer at the top (up to 22 °C) and cooler at the bottom (down to 5 °C). This makes it possible to store red, white, and sparkling wines simultaneously at their perfect serving temperatures – ready to enjoy at any time.
Thanks to electronic controls, constant air circulation, an activated charcoal filter, and integrated humidity control, the cabinet maintains a stable, cellar-like environment. It’s an ideal choice for kitchens, living rooms, or hospitality settings that require flexibility and reliability.
In the Premium pack version, this model features a discreet solid door and comes equipped with 14 premium sliding shelves. Each shelf is fitted with patented Mains du Sommelier® bottle supports, which adapt to every bottle shape and size – ensuring safe, vibration-free storage of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, or Magnum bottles.
